Warranty Time – Treatment
5 years – Emax and Zirconia Crowns and bridges
5 years – Inlay / Onlay
3 years – Partial and removable dentures
3 years – Snap Dentures (Maintenance not included)
3 years – Veneers/ Fillings
Your warranty Will become invalid if:
The patient did not show to the semestral checkup at Rumo Dental
Oral hygiene is neglected
If the patient doesn’t follow the instructions given by the doctor.
If partial dentures, retainers, or guards are part of the treatment and the patient doesn’t wear them properly or, doesn’t clean them properly.
If the patient tissues (Gum and bone) shrink in naturally.
Sudden Loss or gain of weight in a short period of time.
If a general disease is detected that has a large impact on the patient's oral health such as: diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, cancer, etc.
The patient is involved in an accident that causes damage to the restoration or the teeth.
The patient consumes drugs or tobacco.
Exist a pending balance on your treatment.
Occasionally, teeth may suffer trauma on the preparation process of dental work which, may result in the need of endodontic treatment or any other surgical treatment Rumo Dental it’s not accountable for any problems that may occur, if it wasn’t visible or predicable at the time of the estimate and initial checkup or if the patient didn’t follow the instructions given by the Doctor for the treatment. We don’t do cash refunds. Our Warranty its applied to our work. Keep in mind that we will always try and find a way to help you looking for the best possible outcome.
